All our cinemas are programmed weekly (as the release of films changes). Normally each cinema is 'live' for sale from approximately noon on Tuesdays for the new cinema week starting the Friday of that week.
Q. Why are you not showing the film I want to see?

Q. Why do I not get a discounted ticket for Opera/Ballet/Sport etc on your cheaper or discount days?
Where we offer alternative content/special events such as Opera, Sport, Music, Documentaries etc which are shown over one or a select few days, these are allocated a alternative content/special event ticket price and therefore do not qualify for any discounted offers. We do however aim to offer a similar or lower priced ticket than our closest competitor where possible. For details on our cheaper and discount days, please see the separate FAQ in this section.
Q. Do I need to pay a 3D premium on special event screenings?
3D premiums are charged on our standard films to reflect the cost of providing the technology in our cinemas. When we hold alternative content/special events such as Opera, Ballet, Sport, Music etc, we are able to include the cost of this automatically in the ticket price as we assign a bespoke price to each alternative content/special event and they are not subject to our standard ticket prices. Alternative content/special event screenings are subject to the upgrade charge for premier seats where applicable - for details on the difference between our standard and premier seats, please see separate FAQ in this section.
